As the machine part to be chamfered or deburred is traced, the work placement and programming needed in manual operetion or CNC machines is not required.
Chamfering accuracy above and beyond CNC Machinery
The stylus traces the inner or outer periphery of a machined part, guiding the cutter axis to create a uniform and symmetrical chamfer that requires no further and is highly consistent from part to part.
Large burrs eliminated in one step
Burrs are chiseled from the base, so even large burrs can be eliminated in one step.
User friendly Operation
Machine part positioning not required. Chamfering size and speed is adjusted easily by the simple operation of the control wheel and knob.

					Chamfering Cutter Chamfering size can be adjusted easily by the simple operation of the control wheel. Cutter Axis The Cutter Head moves forward and backward by tracing the outer periphery of the part. Stylus The stylus can be adjusted in all directions(forwards,backwards,left & right), so it is easy to get not only a uniform chamfer,but also a definite finish.
